ED Visa

WHO CAN APPLY?

Thailand welcomes all nationalities. People from 12 years old to 49 years old can obtain an education visa. It’s easy to apply for this type of visa. One year non-immigrant “ED” Visas are available to applicants who study our English or Thai language courses.

For 1 year ED-visa in Bangkok you should register for a 60 hour Prvate English course for 38,000 THB.

HOW TO APPLY

If you are in Thailand:

To register at the school please bring the following:

• Your passport.
• 12 photos (passport size 1.5” or 2” inch, dressed respectfully).
• Tuition fee which is payable in cash or by credit/debit card

If you are not in Thailand:

If you intend to apply for a non-immigrant “ED” visa BEFORE arriving in Thailand then you must send the following to this e-mail: info@help4english.co.th

• Completed required forms with your signature
• signed copies of your passport.
• a digital passport size picture of yourself.(1.5” or 2” dressed respectfully)
• Transaction slip/ receipt of your transferred tuition fee to our account.

Note 1:

Those who come from India, Vietnam, China, Middle Eastern countries and some African countries need to return to their home country to receive a non-immigrant “ED” visa from their local Thai Embassy or consulate.

Note 2:

All African and Middle Eastern nationalities also need to obtain a criminal record check letter from either their country of origin or from the Royal Thai Police in order to apply for a non-immigrant “ED” visa.

Note 3:

If students leave the country at any time after obtaining their visa they must first apply for a Re-Entry permit 1,000 THB at immigration in Bangkok or at the Airport before leaving Thailand. If you do not have a Re-Entry permit you will lose your non-immigrant ED Visa when you exit Thailand.
